Hospitality Lead (Short-Term Rental Cleaning & Operations)

Location: Greenville / Upstate SC
Schedule: Flexible weekdays & Sundays | Saturdays + Holidays OFF
Pay: Competitive hourly + gas stipend + incentives
Pay Cycle: Weekly (Friday paydays | Sunday–Friday work week)

About Us

We are a newer but fast-scaling hospitality company specializing in high-quality short-term rental properties. Our focus is consistency, presentation, and guest experience. While we are still early in our growth, our systems, standards, and expectations are already established — and we’re expanding quickly.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Hospitality Lead to join our cleaning and field operations team, with consistent work and opportunities for increased responsibility over time.

What This Role Looks Like

This position is hands-on and execution-focused, with room to grow into leadership as we scale.

New hires can expect:

  • 8–12 Airbnb turnovers per month to start

  • Additional responsibility and earning potential as tenure increases

  • Clear systems, checklists, and support — no guesswork

Most cleans are scheduled well in advance, but flexibility is required. Occasionally, last-minute check-ins or changes happen, and we rely on our team to step up when needed.

Schedule & Pay Structure

  • Saturdays are scheduled off — you will also receive ALL major holidays off (yay!)

  • Work primarily occurs weekdays and Sundays

  • Paid weekly on Fridays

  • Work week runs Sunday–Friday

  • Competitive hourly rate

  • Gas stipend provided

  • Additional incentives tied to performance, reliability, and tenure

Training & Onboarding

  • All new hires go through a structured onboarding process

  • Initial training includes shadowing a senior cleaner with hands-on training

  • Pay during the training/shadowing period differs from solo rate

  • Once approved, you’ll be cleared to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Perform full Airbnb turnovers to company standards

  • Follow detailed cleaning checklists and property-specific instructions

  • Take clear before-and-after photos for documentation

  • Restock consumables and manage basic inventory

  • Identify, document, and report issues (maintenance, damage, missing items)

  • Communicate clearly through our internal apps and systems

  • Maintain consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail at every property

What We Provide

  • All cleaning supplies and materials

  • Clear systems, checklists, and expectations

  • Consistent work volume

  • Weekly pay

  • Support from experienced leadership and senior cleaners

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a great fit if you are:

  • Extremely detail-oriented — like, obsessed with perfection

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Comfortable with technology and mobile apps

  • Able to take high-quality photos using a smartphone

  • Organized and proactive about reporting issues

  • Flexible and dependable when last-minute needs arise

  • Comfortable working independently after training

Previous cleaning or hospitality experience is a plus, but attention to detail and work ethic matter more than experience.

Growth Opportunities

This role can grow into:

  • Senior Cleaner

  • Field Lead

  • Hospitality Operations support

We reward consistency, reliability, and leadership as we scale.
